Human Resources Change Consultant, Manu Brune and Leadership Coach Chris McClure will walk you through what a business owner needs to consider as they hire their first, and subsequent employees. Topics to be discussed include: strategies for becoming a leader that attracts talent by adopting the four Cs of leadership- character, competency, consistency and caring for others; how clear expectations and good interview techniques can help you recruit, sort out and retain the talent you want in your business. This presentation will be followed by HR Change Consultant Manu Brune walking the audience through some interesting scenarios where communication is not the greatest. Workshop leaders will then work with the audience to apply effective communication to move the end result from failure to success.
