Patrons can get help with basic computer skills such as using a mouse, using Microsoft Word to create documents and RESUMES, basic internet searching skills, creating an email account using Gmail or Yahoo and learning how to download from our digital library (Libby, Overdrive & Hoopla) to their electronic devices.  Help is available with the computer tech Monday thru Thursday during regular open hours.  Friday's & Saturday's you must make an appointment with the Tech staff. We are closed Sunday.

Atlas of Dayton: A City in Progress

This travelling interactive exhibit educates viewers around issues of equity, opportunity and resource access in Dayton. Cartographic language and graphic design unite to provide information that helps one understand the present landscape of our city. An ongoing research project by graphic designer and assistant professor Misty Thomas-Trout, it is presented in partnership with the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission and sponsored by the University of Dayton, College of Arts & Sciences.

It's Tree Tapping Time

It's that time of year again-cold nights, warmer days.  If the sap runs the maple syrup comes. We'll hang our bucket, collect sap and turn it into maple syrup.  The season usually runs February through March but Mother Nature is unpredictable and Old Sugar, our sugar maple tree, is getting on in years. We'll keep our fingers crossed. Come by and check out our operation.  Syrup sampling for all at the end of the season.
