Concert: Rockin' Rollies

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Trotwood
Community Room
Rockin' Rollies is a family of musicians established by Melissa and Eric Henry, founders of the blues ensemble known as Miss Lissa & Company - winners of the 2011 Cincy Blues Challenge. Eric's expressive old blues styles have been coupled with Melissa's earthy belting vocals in a marriage of roots grooves known throughout the Miami Valley region for over 10 years. After becoming parents of two bouncing baby boys, the Henrys have decided to expand their musical vocabulary to include zany tunes and sing-a-long standards to both entertain and to educate a new generation of creative, joyful, and musically literate minds. Joined by friends, Max B. Greene on vocals and, holding down the groove, Khrys Blank on a vast array of percussion tools to get us on the move, we're ready for some Rockin' Rollin' family fun!
