The Giving Tree: It's Sap to Syrup Time

It's that time of year-cold nights, warmer days and the sap starts flowing through the sugar maple trees.  Join us as we hang our bucket on Sugar, Westwood's one and only sugar maple tree, collect the sap and turn it into maple syrup. The season usually runs early to mid-February through March. We'll keep our fingers crossed- Old Sugar, is aging and Mother Nature can be unpredictable.
