The University of Dayton Department of Art and Design’s graphic design students visualized local poet Sierra Leone’s poetry to create new meanings that celebrate humanity, community, inclusivity and diversity. Featuring nearly 20 poems, the exhibit showcases “the actions of connections, imagination, learning and linking experience into tangible outcomes as the words move you through the space – literally and metaphorically.”

Tiny Art Show On Display

Display your artistic talent and creativity at our Tiny Art Show.  Pick up your kit at the West Carrollton Branch from Thursday, May 12, 2022 through Saturday, May 14, 2022.  The kit includes a 3'x3" canvas and easel, acrylic paint and brushes.  You may add materials to your work of art. Take it home and CREATE! When you finish your work of art, return it to the library by Saturday, May 21, 2022.  The works of art will be displayed from May 23, 2022 through June 3, 2022 and library patrons will have an opportunity to vote on their favorite. 
Open to patrons 12 years and older.
You may use your own paint and supplies, if you like.
Art will be returned to the artists after the show.

Aquatic Animals from Around the Globe

Driver’s License Reinstatement Legal Help Clinic

This is now a walk-in event. Assitance will be given on a first come, first served basis based on attorney availibility.

Wondering if your driver's license can be reinstated? During this clinic you will meet with attorneys and local courts to discuss what is causing blocks prohibiting you from getting your license, and strategize possible approaches to remove those blocks. 

There will not be any funds available at this clinic to pay fines.

Listening at the Library: Exploring Classic Albums

Drop in Mini Lightsabers
